Linda Buckley

Linda Buckley joined the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership as its Strategic Transformation and Locality Lead.

Linda’s role involves her acting as the interface between the Partnership and NHS England, ensuring adequate support and change management capacity. Linda also supports the development of robust governance and system architecture.

Linda helps systems plan and implement strategic changes to local health and care systems, including service reconfiguration and changes to organisational form. She also overlooks the development of transformation programme capacity to support delivery of the system priorities set out by the national service transformation programmes.

Why are you passionate about health and care across Cheshire and Merseyside?

I am passionate about ensuring that there are high quality services in place for all patients, that are configured to meet the needs of the population and that are accessible to all.

What do you do to improve your health and mental wellbeing on a day-to-day basis?

I like to spend time with friends and family, as well as finding time to take a walk.
